Windows Vista can't install updates

Security Update for Microsoft Silverlight (KB2690729) error code "WindowsUpdate_0000064C"

Security Update for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 (KB2596764)  error code: "WindowsUpdate_8007066F"

Did the Stop/ clear/restart Update Service but still get the same result.
