I have Windows 7 and I am trying to upload files from my ZTE Score to my computer. But it keeps telling me my device is unrecognized. This phone worked before I had my computer repaired. They reinstalled Windows 7, but not with all the programs I previously

had.  I did not back up my files. What do I do? I have been looking for drivers on the internet that I could install to make it work, but it doesn't.
