Windows 8 error and not being able to install apps

Randomly updating and installing with Windows 8's app store is not working.  I even tried Trouble Shooting it and it said the problem was "fixed" yet the app still couldn't update, and it says there's an error...I tried installing an app and that didn't

work out for me.  HELP!
