When should someone choose "Office 365 Mid-Sized Business" over "Office 365 Small Business"? They say Mid-Sized is for businesses with 25+ users. Is there any difference in functionality? The price is the

same for both: $15 per month.

I have a small business with about 15 users with a tight budget.
