windows 8 "Store" missing from firewall

I had a malware issue on my desktop which I managed to clean up. Unfortunately I had to reset the windows 8 firewall to default. What this has meant though is that the store and my other windows 8 apps are no longer present in the windows 8 firewall list.

So, I cannot get the store to work. 

I have compared it to my windows 8 laptop and I note that the store entry is present but it seems to be system entered. I've run sfc /scannow, etc. but have had no joy with anything and I seriously don't want to reset the PC to get this working.

How do I add back the store credentials into the firewall so I can get the store app to work? Loading up fiddler2 does allow some apps through, but not the store app which is the key to life, the universe and everything ;)

Would appreciate any assistant as even google won't help me on this one.
