Windows 7 Wont start up :(

2 Days back I got some windows update and while shutting down my dell inspiron installed those updates and after that my laptop is not starting. It says windows failed to start but when I try to repair it that also wont work. I have tried safe mode, last

known good configuration but nothing will work.

 

Can someone help me please.
