my default windows update data locations have changed. Hou do I repair default windows update locat

In windows security my windows update is turned off and when I go to Microsoft Updates in Control panel it shows it being on.  I am unable to receive updates.  Windows Fix - it says:  Default Windows update locations have changed and must be repaired.

To repair change windows update locations to window default settings.  How do I perform that?
