For several months one this one update won't rule. I shows failure. The computer seems fine otherwise. I have noticed that it has not upgraded to service pack 1 and I suspect this update may be hanging it up.

 

I ran the microsoft fixit program and looked for the suggested listing to remove under componants in the registry, but none of the items recommended for removal were in the registry.
