Whenever I lock my Windows 8 usgin Windows Logo Key + L, few of my keys like "o" etc stop working.

Whenever I lock my Windows 8 usgin Windows Logo Key + L, few of my keys like "o" etc stop working. Step are below:-

1. Lock Windows 8 using Windows Logo Key + L

2. Try to unlock the Windows 8.

3. When I type my password in password field to unlock, few keys doesn't work like "O", "u", etc.

4. Then I use "Ease of Use" -> "Filer Keys" -> ON and then Off. After doing so, all ket start working.

 

Please help to get this issue sort out.
