i cannot access my wi-fi connection after being hacked.How do i re-connect

i think i need to get into my BIOS settings as when my computer starts up it asks me to enter my boot password.So how do i delete this from my computer? I am sure this is stopping other actions from happening on my computer and allowing things to happen

i have not asked for(eg,why has my facebook ads all coming up in Spanish?).call me on my mobile no.(07778701037) or e/mail me for further assistance.
