el explorador de windows dejo de funcionar

 posteteriormente el explorador se reinicia perdiendo todo lo del escritorior

desde la cmd realizando un scannow me daba fallo en algun fichero de windows pero no pude ver cual era por este fallo que se repite constanmente sobre todo al reproducir video fotos o abri aplicaciones que trabajen con imagenes tambien  me pasa al escribir

que se va el puntero solo al inicio
