Dial up connection error in windows 8

Hi

I am using windows 8, and use a USB Mobile Connect 3G modem, its software created a dial up connection for accessing Internet. Now, don't know what happen, this dial up connection named as 'eVo' is continuously showing disconnecting

status and when I right click on it both connect/disconnect and status tabs are disabled. I tried system restart, uninstall its driver and software, but no results. I can not delete this connection as it shows error that it is being used.

What to do?
