New Hp laptop comes with 4 primary partitions. How do I creat any more so that I can duel boot

New Hp laptop comes with 4 primary partitions. They are system, OS (C drive), Recovery, and HP Tools> How can I creat a new partition so that I can duel boot withour causing the whole disk to change to dynamic which would get me no where?
