Windows 7 Error Code 9C48 for IE

Okay so Windows has been unable to perform the update:Windows Internet Explorer 9 for Windows7 for x64-based Systems  ..........  36.7 MB

 

If this update is just downloading the program, I understand why it would fail, given that I already installed IE9 manually before it came in a Windows Update. I would however like it to acknowledge that it's installed then, and just stop trying to do an

update I don't need.

 

If it's an update for IE9, I'd prefer to have it solved. Any help in this regard would be very appreciated. Thanks!
