IE Version: 9.0.8112.16421

Windows: Vista 32-bit SP2

 

Initially recieved the KB2799494 update 2/14/13, It has been repeating ever since. I had AVG Antivirus (removed), Firefox (Removed), McAfee preload (removed), Pc antivirus preload (removed). I have been searching threads and had tried installing from both

.msu and *.exe manually, in safe mode as well. Tried 2 different Hot Fixes, Tried the 'FixIT' both general and subsequently Aggressive.

 

 

What I get is about 5 minutes and then it pops back up. It never lists as an intalled update but then it never fails to install as per Windows Update. Fixit always finds and fixes a problem but its back again. Is there any other ideas for this?
