internet explorer updating problem?

okay so i have windows 8 64 bit and i have installed all the windows updates i have avast internet security which is telling me there's an update available for internet explorer 

my internet explorer version: 10.0.9200.16482

new version: 10.0.9200.16521

i have been checking for windows updates from yesterday and it's saying no updates are available is there any other way to update internet explorer also i have 53 updates installed on my computer right now including all optional and no hidden is it the

same number of yours too?

sorry my grammar is not that good hope you understand what i'm sayin!
