Help required with M/S updates

Can anyone tell me how to remove unwanted updates  KB2789643   KB2729450   KB2756918   KB2742596 I'm a novice with computers but I have these 4 updates every time I switch my computer off I have tried everything I can find online and nothing seem to work

plus lots of things I have tried just takes me round in circles. Thanks.
