I have Windows 7 on its own drive and Windows 8 on its own drive. There is not a dual boot menu, I bios select. Each OS is hidden after booting. I removed the drive letters for the other OS. After creating a restore point in Win8, I can boot back into

the same Win8 OS and the restore point is still there. When I boot to Win7 and then go back to Win8, there are no restore points at all, all gone.

Why is this happening?

I don't want to hear how restore point is not the best way, etc...

Thanks!
