SP1 not loading, error code 8024200D tried everything on the MS site what now

Running a Windows 7 Ultimate on a computer with an i7 2600K processor, 16 GB of DRAM, one 128 GB SSD as the "C" drive (20GB of space on it), a second 128 GB SSD  as the scratch drive for PS, and 2 x 1TB drives for images (yes I am a professional photographer),

and a 1GB graphics card.For more than a year SP1 has tried to upload, but fails every time with code 8024200D. The upload appears at first to function, gets about 2/3 done and then stops with the error code.I have been on the MS website, run everything that they suggest, upload checker, Malware checker, etc. ,etc., ad nauseum, and still cannot get it to load. Every other update (including the 99 that happened the first day when I built the computer), have been

successful, it is just SP1.Is there any solution to this problem?
