Message "53 - File Missing" stopping my program

I get the message "53- File Missing" When using software program Bone Collector. When it comes up The program stops until I delete the message but then it pops up again.  I would like to reinstall the missing file to my computer, so far no one has been

able to help me. I am not a techie and, have limited computer knowledge, therefore I need simple instructions,
