Is Guruaid a legitimate Microsoft-certified tech support company?

They supposedly "cleaned" my laptop last Thursday and said they would maintain it for one year for $169.99.  They entered my PC and I watched as they ran a series of programs that I run myself for security, repairs, etc.

 

My reason for calling for support was not addressed (receiving many Spam, Bulk, and Phishing emails in my inbox, as well as in my Junk email file. 

 

 

They claim to be MS-certified technicians, which I do not believe to be true now that I've seen what they do.

 

I can't find how to reach MS about this.
