- Is there an update available for “Morocco Standard Time” that handles the case of switching back to standard time during the month of Ramadan?

- Is there an update available for “Samoa Standard Time” that handles the missing day of Dec 30, 2011?

- If no such updates are available, what does Microsoft suggest users do to handle these cases?
