cuando trato de actualización de Windows desde el panel de control ionly obtener una pantalla en blanco con encabezados como texto de cabecera elemento módulo y por debajo de esa acción importar todo el texto de encabezado importante

los detalles son todo en el título. pero básicamente cuando intento abrir windows update desde el panel de control que no entiendo nada de la pantalla que debe recibir, y si hago clic en cualquier cosa me sale un blanco screen.help por favor
