every time this update downloads it cause my computer to operate so slow sometimes IE or email or web sites take 10 min or more sometims it will never open, It will not uninstall from the control panel i finally found out to use the restore will get rid

of it, but it comes right back an installs it again I want to know how to stop this from downloading. i am using Win XP -sp3
