#actionCustomerInstallOptionalText# display when I click the windows update option on my Windows 7.

I am trying to check the Windows updates to see if I need to run update or not. I ran the update but just had  #actionCustomerInstallOptionalText# message displayed. when I click it. returned with a blank page and nothing happened. Why? Never happen before

for my life.
