I woke up and my computer had done its scheduled Windows Update for my Win 7 Prof 64-bit

 

All updated fine except for Silverlight. 

 

These are the error details as outlined in the Windows Update history:

Installation date: ‎Wed ‎Mar ‎13/‎13 6:02 AM

Installation status: Failed

Error details: Code 64C  

"WindowsUpdate_0000064C" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"

Update type: Important

 

This security update to Silverlight includes fixes outlined in KB 2814124.  This update is backward compatible with web applications built using previous versions of Silverlight.
