I have an HP Pavilion with Windows 7 Home Premium. That's all I know. I was watching something on YouTube when a full window of thsi Cyber Crime Police thing came up & was frozen there. I can't do anything. Obviously, I caught a virus. I can still the

2 other profiles belonging to my daughter & wife. My laptop came with Windows pre-installed. What do I do? Help please!
