Problem Reports and Solutions is recording multiple incidents with the Windows Modules Installer as a WindowsWcpOtherFailure3. This happening about 5 times a minute and making the computer run really slowly. I have tried the Windows Update Fix It. I think

it may have been a problem for too long to use System Restore. This is the text from the report:
