I am using Windows 7 Home Premium and have attempted to upgrade Internet explorer 9 to 10 but it would appear I cannot as I do not have the relevant service pack installed.I have checked and it would appear there is no service packs installed on my PC even though I am set up for automatic updating.Should I therefore download any service packs from Microsoft and if so which one ?Thanks
