How to deactivate a Windows 7 Home Premium license on a dead computer and activate on the replacemen

I had purchased a retail copy of the Family Pack Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade and had activated the license on 3 computers. One of the computers suffered a power surge and needed to be replaced. I did so and installed a copy of Windows XP Professional

I had and then installed this Windows 7 upgrade but it will not allow me to activate Windows now indicating I had used up the licenses. How can I deactivate the the license on the now dead computer and transfer it to the new one?
