Virus found by AVG Fix it does not detect. What can be done to resolve this, please?

Virus JSRedir ... found by AVG Fix it does not detect this.  It is found in C :Docume... C:Documents and Settings as well as Local SettingsTempora ... Corrupted executable file. Any help will be greatly appreciated by a novice shut in pensioner.  Thank

you
