TOO MANY ITEMS ON START MENU...

I have over 200 BFGames in my computer & when I download them, they also show up on my Start Menu.

Recently I started getting the box saying they can't show all my items on menu, to go to higher screen resolution. I know its just b/c of the games I purchase that automatically show up on my start menu which is the problem.

My question is, if I delete them from my start menu, will they delete everywhere on my computer-example: in downloads, etc.?
