My friends computer crashed right after he refused to buy a security program that flashed on his screen while watching the History Channel from his laptop. His McAfee virus program came up and said they took care of it and no further action was required.

Then it came up again so he went to do a reboot. This virus or trojans seems to want to allow him to download his files, but is crashed in every other sense of the word. So hes looking for a place to buy an exteranl hard drive to down load his personal files

too. But hes not sure whether he will have to replace his hard drive or not. What the **** is this???
