KB 2814124 will not install windows xp

IE version 8.0.6001.18702, Windows XP Home edition version 2002 SP3.  I have automatic updates on and it keeps trying to install the update.  I have run the auto fix online it says it fixes it, but, still won't work.  I have looked at the msinfo32.exe

but there was no update for xp.  I tried running msinfo32.exe but will not run because "Help and Support" is not running.
