Stuck on windows screen, Fatal error c0190003

Fatal error c0190003 applying update operation 207 of 103182 (_00000...)

 

My windows 7 computer told me there was an update so i restarted my computer to get it but it wont let me log on because this pops up^

I dont get any options to go in any safe modes like that. Pressing f8 or any keys do not work. Please help!
