Original Title : Urgent help!

 

I downloaded a program that’s used to lock files, but then I can’t access to these locked files!

 

 

I’m suspected that I got tricked. I can’t process downloading, too. PLEASE I NEED ONLINE SCANS WITHOUT DOWNLOADS.

 

Files were hidden. I’m afraid if they are deleted, including Program Files. I’m not into format now.

 

It says I need to be permitted to access. I click on ‘Run as administrator’ but nothing happens.
