My wired and wireless connections no longer work. My Window Firewall won't start up. I now get a message at startuo of "svchost.exe - Application error. The instruction at "0x7d4caa9b"reference memory at "0x00000010". The memory could not be :"read"."

Any ideas how to fix this?
