To Whom It May Concern

 

Dear Sirs and Madams

 

As a Windows 7 user for years, today I have faced a serious troubles that directly related to the MS Download files in updating procedure that can be described as:

 

The Windows auto-downloading and installing caused numerous troubles to my laptop, as:

1/ The Windows 7 crashed few times, and first it failed to install while the laptop stalled in about 8 hrs when it warned "do not disconnect the PC while it is installing the updated files in auto mode!

2/ The Windows Media player lost previous setup and

3/ The software I used to write non-English language failed to function...

Pls investigate the files that MS let Windows users to update files systems such as MS Internet Explorer 10, etc...

Pls contact me to assist me how to get rid of problems that bring down my laptop and Windows 7 and other software..
