unable to update windows 7,

error code 80200024, 80200053

notice no licence page come up after asking for update

 

Made several attempt at this, read through the help pages (no help, just run me in circle and talk over my head)

tried loading one update at a time, no luck

tried with firewall off, no luck

tried loading updates in different order, no luck

20 minutes on line with help desk, no luck

used the "fix it" several times with different results each time, more error codes

computer scanned and registry cleaned and tuned
