Search.com appears in uninstall list of control panel even after being deleted

A spyware/malware search.com toolbar was installed in my HP PC (Windows 7)-I managed to update my browser settings to remove it turning up as my default search engine,home page etc.Also deleted it from Program files,launched anti-malware,Windows Defender-but

it still comes up in Uninstall list of Control Panel & on clicking "uninstall" doesn't show error of file not existing-but pop up opens up for it's software update.What to do?
