Hello

My Pc is very unstable I keep losing my bottom bar. When this happens when I open start I cannot get to restart or shut down I actually have to do clt,alt del to log off. and start again. This leads to memory dump. One day I started in safe mode and that is where I am at cannot get out. My system keeps asking me to install Vista SPi 936330 and I just cannot get it going. It is not being installed.

Today I opened my system to get a message that a malware "babylon" was attempting to get into my system and I had that blocked. I then downloaded Mozilla Firefox and something is trying to remove the software, but that too I blocked.

I NEED HELP as all the programs you send me too install is being hampered they are not installing, including SP1 My system is very unstable.

PLEASE tell me what I need to do. I am always on Microsoft Support possibly I am not asking the right questions.
