WD not able to remove Adware/Win32 Fastsavapp from Windows 8 Pro

I have this notification coming up my on computer daily, MSE tries to remove it, it shows that it removed it successfully and it's back again every day.

 

I ran Malwarebytes and it detected it, it removed it and still MSE detects it again and again and now Malwarebytes doesn't detect it anymore but, MSE does.

 

 

What to do about it?
