Win2003 SBS domain-based network

Win7 Ultimate Host OS...(1TB HD)

Windows Vista Ultimate (500GB HD)

I've just setup a laptop on our Win2003 SBS server and after I've run the //LocalDomain/ConnectComputer process under IE9 I get the message that I need to make the laptop a member of the local administrator security group on this computer. I've been to the

Local Security Policy interface but I don't understand where to from here.  Is it the "Network Security: Allow Local System to use computer identity NTLM" or what?  Then, what are the options, gotchas and considerations here?

So, at this moment Win2003SBS appears to be ready to recognize the Win7 system but the setup isn't complete yet.

TIA!!!!
