Hello,

Can anyone at Microsoft make a decent repair for the windows 7 update error having to do with updating the system with SP1.

The error code is 800B0100. I have read many forums and read up on all solutions. None have worked and I am at my wits end. The system is a

Dell XPS 8300 windows 7 home 64 bit with 16GB of RAM, 1.5 TB hard drive, Intel i7-2600 CPU @3.40GHz. Everything from drivers is updated (manually). At this moment if a real solution is not available then all I ask is that someone please point out what

is in the update and tell me if it's even worth the time to continue trying to find an

actual (working) solution. I am a frustrated customer out of a whole community with the same problem and the solutions given are not helping and are only causing more frustration as they are being led in circles.

Thanks for your time and help if any is actually given.
