I have not been able to successfully update Windows 7 since October 2012. I get an error reading of 800700C1. When I go to the microsoft site, it tells me I am not running a genuine version. I am. All software on my computer is genuine and paid for. The

os was originally Vista and I upraged to W7. I have the product key. I have tried reinstalling W7, but keep getting the message that the version on my computer is more recent, so it won't upload. I am at a loss of what to do.
