ExTS Admin AWS Posted March 17, 2013 ExTS Admin Posted March 17, 2013 I have a big problem with this silverlight. it doesn't install properly and I can't remove it from the computer using the programme uninstall. I have for 3 days not been able to use my computer because windows freeze. It had finally stopped freezing after months of problems when loosing internet or the like or just beiong left untouched for some time. now it was working fine.the lates updates are forcing their way in, i have gone back to earlier version of windows, i have selected to install updates my self, and yet i can install all the updates exept for this silverlight. what is more frustrating is that I cannot remove it from the programmes. I went to uncheck all the available updates and yet when i try to swich off the computer it tells me not to switch off or unplug the machine installing update 1 of 1 - which is the silverlight and which again for the xxx time just stops installing and hang. I have tried to leave it over noight - no diference.I have no problem uninstalling other programmes.I have an upgraded version of 7 from Vista, lap top is 4 GB memory, View this thread Quote Need computer support?
