I just purchased Office 365 from the Microsoft Store and I am already having an issue with it. I tried to install the software onto my MacBook Pro the first time, but my Mac shut off because the battery died so the first download was cancelled. I installed

it again when my Mac was charging and it installed quite alright. However, when I tried to enter the product key into the field, it said my product key is invalid. I purchased the software online at the Microsoft Store Website on March 9, 2012 and I was sent

a confirmation email the same day with the product key that I used for the software. Could you tell me what my problem might be? I have projects and papers I need to write for school that I am holding off because of this technical problem so I hope to have

a response as soon as possible. Thanks you
