I noticed a white space in Task scheduler when it is launched with full screen mode

However, when it is "expanded" from a tiny screen (restore down), the white space is not present

Edit: Looks like the "problem" is present with large screen displays.  I tested by connecting my laptop to my monitor and then launching task manager. The same result appears.
