After weeks of no problems my hp laserjet 8100 will not print.

 

Doc gets to queue and no further; test pages do not print either. 

 

 I have windows 7

 

I have followed usual stuff with msc.services etc but to no avail

 

Please can someone help - the only problems I ever have is where electronic meets mechanical! ie printing, scanning
