Would I get a message to download: security_scanner.exe from http://bdgrn.fohra.com to run my micros

I received a prompt dialog box while playing farmville on facebook saying: Microsoft Antivirus has found critical process activity on your PC. You need to clean your computer to prevent the system breakageThis box included an "OK" button. I clicked OK and another dialog box came up saying: You have chosen to open: security_scanner.exe.I hit the "X" button and behind that was another dialog box that had what programs where trying to penitrate#1: Trojan-PSW.Win32.launch#2: HackTool:Win32/Welevate.A#3: Adware.Win32.FraudBut the whole time my Microsoft Security Essentials on my task bar (tool bar) stayed green.I closed my browser immediately and ran a complete scan of my computer, which came up clean.I have never had this happen and wondering if it was legit or it was a scam to get me to download those things onto my computer.Can someone help me, just to give me a piece of mind that I did the right thing?FYI: I changed all my passwords as well just to be safe.Thank you so much,Lisa
